Social Media Campaign
Freelance social media campaign for Small Good Agency's client, Lawndale Christian Legal Center
Client Mission
Lawndale Christian Legal Center is a violence prevention organization working to end segregation and incarceration in Chicago's Lawndale neighborhood. LCLC works one-on-one with clients in the community to get them out of the criminal justice system and back into the community.

Campaign Goals
I worked for Small Good Agency in Chicago to create a social media campaign launching the week of Independence Day. The goal was to tell redemption stories of clients and share responses to the question, "What does Liberty mean when all are not free?" I created ads for multiple platforms to provoke important conversation and position LCLC within the current dialogue.
Process
I spent time researching the current social media practices by LCLC and the performances of various posts on each platform. Lawndale Legal Center's most effective posts were those that told client success stories and focused on the impact of donors. I chose black and white stock images that fit their brand, and created mock-ups of ads with links to interviews and articles of success stories.

Outcome
My idea was used by Small Good and their client, LCLC on the week of Independence Day to promote dialogue and increase awareness of their work in Chicago. LCLC's team members answered the question "What would liberty for all really look like in Chicago?" The article can be found on the client's website, with a questionnaire to engage readers in the dialogue.
